LITTLE ACORNS FOREST SCHOOLS LTD

Dave Churchward is the founder of Little Acorns Forest Schools.  He has been involved in Forest Schools since 2011 and is now a qualified Level 4 Forest Schools Trainer and Practitioner.  He worked in Germany until 2014 promoting Forest Schools within Service Children's Education.  He was involved with three schools in Germany where Outdoor learning was promoted and enhanced.  This was helped by the work ethics of those he had the pleasure to work with.  All of his work follows Forest Schools guidelines for planning and all activities are risk assessed prior to taking part.  Naturally Dave is DBS cleared and has worked across the whole spectrum of learning from the Early Years to Secondary schooling.  Forest Schools ethos embraces the whole learning experience and Dave's personal ethos of respect for yourself, your peers and your environment has never been stronger.  He is now a fully qualified Forest Schools and First Aid Trainer and Assessor and runs courses throughout the year at our site at Hicks Lodge.
